American standard 6b j5 boiler bad bleeder valve symptoms?

So after adding 2 fin tube base heaters, after bleeding off air from the work.

my bleeder valve now randomly opens and the bangs loudly and continually in quick suction, slowly fading away after a 60 to 90sec.

Pressure in boiler are around 20 and water temp is 130F.

Is there any reason this is anything but a bad bleeder valve?

Of have I thrown the whole thing out of wack

Bleeder valve? Are you referring to an automatic air vent or a coin vent that requires a key or screwdriver to bleed air manually? Either way both of them should be silent. Pictures would probably help us figure out what you have going on.

if the system has an autofill valve, turn that off. They tend to leak through and cause slow pressure increases, if they have not been used in a while

what kind of expansion tank does it have? is it still at 20 psig when the relief valve opens? does the boiler also make dhw?

The relief valve shouldn't open until 30 psi. I agree with @hot_rod ,if the auto fill PRV has not been used in a while it could leak by. Shut the manual valve and drain the boiler down to 15 psi and try that. Bleed the rads if they are not heating. If it is ok the prv could be bad. Also if you have a bladder type expansion tank you may want to remove it and check the air pressure it could also be bad. I5 psi of air in the tank is what you should have without any water pressure on the bladder.
