Riello has nozzle drip I think
I had cleaned the burner and replaced the nozzle with new .60 60W degree solid nozzle as what was in it a month ago. son noticed oil and it was coming from the nozzle tip I believe, then dripping and running to the back of the head. I cleaned it up and then replaced the nozzle again. Could the nut on the pump not been aligned right and getting air in line caused it? Never had it before until I changed the nozzle. I have to go over there again and checkit to see if it continued. Measured resistance on solenoid and it was good. anything else I should check? Thanks

You need an oil pump testing manifold. Run the burner, close the manifold valve and see how much the pressure drops and see if the pressure holds.

Sometimes the person before you was really a gorilla, so when you use your 12 mm wrench to loosen the nozzle line, the pump adapter loosens as well. Make sure that fitting is tight.
Does it have a hydraulic jack at the air gate? Could be a bad seal there.
