Where is this leak likely coming from?
I’ve been losing water recently with no findings at the main vents, radiator vents and valves, which lead me to the boiler. I flooded the boiler and about an hour later i saw water dripping onto the burners and coming out through the front. I took off the top of the jacket and found the block to be wet, is it possible to tell me where it’s likely coming from? The sides look and feel dry.

Sorry my friend but you almost certainly need a new boiler

This, but I'd say "definitely". It may run a bit longer but you need to prepare.
Where are you located? We might know someone who can help you.

If that boiler was installed without the proper swing joints, that is what happens. I would love to see a photograph of the near boiler piping from far enough back to see the boiler and pipes from floor to ceiling.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
