Aquastat temp setting for steam boiler shell water for different seasons

What is the most efficient temperature to set the aquastat for the boiler shell water on a steam boiler heating system that provides both steam heat and has a hot water coil in the steam boiler in winter when providing heat? Then in summer just when hot water is provided. Thank You.
