I have a Stiebel Eltron SBB 300S

It's 12 years old, getting an egg smell here and there

My reading skills are waning today, does this tank have a rod?

I'll call the people in Hatfield this week unless someone knows the basics.

I only put a few in a long time ago,but I don't recall an anode Rod. Mad Dog

These tanks do have a sacrificial anode !

I would get in contact with Low Energy systems in Denver…. They most likely have or can get the Anodes for you .

Make sure that you have the Serial number as they have different Rods and some of the ealier tanks have smaller ones.

Have Metric sockets ready when you go to service the tank !
