Buderus Logamatic 2107
I bought a second hand 2107 that was supposedly used for only the 2023 heating season to replace my faltering 2008 version. Just swapped all the wiring and placed the sensors but when I powered up the newer unit the LCD display went blank almost immediately. It looks like the fuse inside on the circuit board blew. The only thing I changed was to remove the FM241 module from the newer unit since I don't use the DHW. Is it possible that was what caused the fuse to blow or did I buy a defective (POS) Logamatic ? Thanks for your help and I hope you and your family have a pleasant Thanksgiving, Will

Removing the mixing module didn't cause the fuse to blow. If you have the manual and an electrical meter, you can check the circuits. But you might have been rooked.
Is the 2107 a must? There are some aquastats that have multiple functions. Changing the well is the hardest part.

It lit up then went blank ? If so you have a short . The fuse is to protect the control …
