Honeywell L7224 not working properly (I Think)
Forced hot water, Slant Fin Baseboard. Taco Zone Valves.
Boiler cycles constantly and kicks off at around 135/140 Honeywell L7224 Aquastat says high shut off is 180 degrees. Any idea why it kicks out so early ? Any solutions
Thanks for any help , Dean

So 140° is the Lo setting?
What model zone valves? If there's 2 Yellow and 2 Red on each, then they each have a lever. Do the levers move freely when the thermostats are raised, and not move freely when the thermostats are lowered?
The aquastat maintaining Lo limit means it doesn't know there's a heat demand. The Red wires from the zone valves are from the end switches that will land on TT in the aquastat and tell the boiler to make heat.
If not those type zone valves, you can post pics right from your phone and show what's there.
