Warren Webster vent trap series 23

I have a two pipe system with this vent trap , I’m looking for any information ,literature or anything else if there are replacements parts ? Its seems like it’s stuck , there is 1/2” trap installed on the top instead of air vent :-( after this main trap there are condensate recovery pumps but no condense water in , also piping , radiators are banging like crazy
