vitodens 200-W bad temp sensor?

hi

just setup a brand new 200-W. everything is great so far, only 2 things I've noticed:

if I set the main temp say at 55c for rads, the actual temp on the pipe coming out of the vitodens is 48c, 50c then 44c, 45c then 40c and so on. there is about a 11% difference, i assume that's not normal?

next the burner likes to restart itself once every 24h, I assume diagnostic reason?
