anyone else live near bpt ct . the steam system 75 years old and neglected is failing. i cant seem to get a link to the story to post. maybe someone can do a link to the story. i was listening to the radio the court appointed management has no clue on how the system works. wish i recorded it i had a good laugh

latest news is that they now have 2 working boilers, ready to go, but they are finding apartments (read spread out condo type) where rads had been removed and heat pumps put in, but they didn't cap the rad feeds, ooopppppsss! now they need to track down those "leaks".

im guessing its low preasure but they also said steam coming up from underground is not a problem. high pressure might be a small problem if you look at some of the failures in nyc
