    I saw this post from a few years ago and am hoping that someone knows where I can get a manual for this same boiler. I have a Hydrotherm HI-125b as well Mine seems to cycle too much and I want to check the correct settings for the aquastats. There’s one in front and the a smaller one in the back by the circulator pump

    Aquastat settings for boilers are pretty much the same regardless of make.

    Do you get domestic HW from the boiler?

    Can you post pictures of the boiler and the aquastat model #s?

    Typically I would set the high limit at 190. If you have a low limit or low limit circulator relay they can be a little fussy depending on the DHW capacity of the coil. Pictures will help.
