energy kinetics system 2000
Boiler is pretty old and where im from the water is full of magnesium, (like a water heater after time goes on they start to crackle and pop due to the sediment). The EK boiler is making the same cracking and popping noise, is there any why you can descale the inside pipes or any other ways of fixing it.

Thats kettling noise, it could be from sediment in the boiler but that would be unusual in my experience. I have really hard water everywhere in my area and I haven't encountered that on an EK. I would try a simple draining of the boiler, like what should be done annually when checking and recharging the expansion tank. Replace the automatic air vent and refill it and see if you have any improvements. A closed system like your boiler shouldn't get too much sediment buildup unless you have leaks and are adding too much fresh water to the system.
Pictures would help, not sure exactly how your boiler was installed. Most of the EK boilers I work on have enough valves and drains that I am sure I could hook up a pump and a couple hoses and descale the pressure vessel if I needed to.

Good morning, AS hvac nut pointed out a good flushing would probably do the trick. But if needed a good flushing with a citric acid type cleaner would help as well. Be sure the base is level as the boiler has a natural forward lean to it to vent the air in the second pass of the circular vessel. And follow up with a fresh addition of 8 way after you clean the vessel.
