I have one of the original series copper fin. CWN1437PM.
T&P has been blowing off and my high limit isn’t going off.
high limit set @ 180*F thermostat set @ 130*F
T&P rated for 150psi & 210*F
I’ve already checked
-pump
-System/tank sensor
What else should I be looking at as to why T&P is blowing off?

Hi, Just a few basic things to consider first. Has the T&P discharged a lot? If so, it will start discharging at lower pressure and temperature. They cannot be cycled a lot. Yours may need to be replaced… Have you measured actual temperature and pressure when the valve opens? This info could help you to see if the T&P is part of the problem… If pressure is getting up that high; why? What about the system is allowing this?.. If temperature is up at 210F, are the thermostat and limit wired in correctly? Have both failed?
Yours, Larry

is it a pumped flow to a storage tank? Over-heating could be lack of adequate flow
