Attempting to Identify

I have a baseboard on refresh project and the lower manifold cracked. I'm looking to identify information on the current to hopefully find a company that still makes them like this or the best replacement option. Ignore the red circles. Measures 48 inches long. Any direction or leads would be greatly appreciated.
