hi

I have a Biasi activ 150A system boiler in our annex. Only used a few times a year( normally around winter when we have visitors)

It worked fine in january when last used, but now throws the trip once its been on for a few minutes.

It will start to heat the water or the rads for between 2> 4 minutes, then throws the trip.
it will sit idle with power to it permanently, but its when you ask it to work it appears something overheats.

Plumber suggested a new fan, which ive fitted and still does the same thing.

No faukts showing on the display.

Anyone had something similar and resolved it?

Assuming you're in Europe. It looks like a typical modulating boiler. When you say " throws the trip", you mean the circuit breaker trips? 230 volts?

If that is the case, the manual is needed to cross reference ohm readings on the parts of the boiler to see what's out of range at the time of the fault. Biasi Tech Support should be able to assist the technician if needed.
