Rinnai i-series issue

in THE MAIN WALL

I have an i-series solo boiler, it's setting heat chamber over heat error code. It seems like the circulation pump isn't kicking on at all. It works when hooked to outside power source. The zone pumps work also. I tried the de-airation mode and only one zone pump cycles, the other or main pump doesn't. Any ideas on what to check next????

    with a multimeter checking voltage to the circulator from the pc board when a call for heat or indirect is on.

    I checked all. The main and one zone have power reading 1 terminal, 2 ND zone has power reading both terminal and pump running.

    Putting power to main pump directly the boiler runs perfectly, less the one zone pump or main pump terminals not energized. I'm kinda leaning toward bad PC board...
