Tiger loop and priming
Recently had a tigerloop installed w integrated filter. I have a roth tank located outside. I want to add a shutoff valve to the system at the tank. Currently the line from inside the tank connects w a nipple to the line that runs to the tigerloop. My question is since I will be adding a valve to the line will the burner that is,because of the warm weather, currently making only domestic hot water run out the oil in the loop and filter, then stop because of the slug of air in the system or will the tigerloop deal with it. Thank you.

My guess is that you cant get oil to the burner. If you hit the circle with the 3 dots in the upper right of your post, you can edit. That way you don't need to start a new comment.
Should be self priming. Was the bypass plug installed in the fuel pump?

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
