Burnham V-14A-T cleanout covers

I'm want to replace the "Flue Cover Plates" of cleanout covers on Burnham V-14A-T. Looking around, I can only find covers available for the V8, V9 and V11. Does anyone know if any of these fit a V14?

If the metal parts are intact, I'd just replace the Kaowool rope seals.

Thanks Ed, I just found this and came back to report. It looks like its the part for V1, V7, C3 and C4, depending where you look. Also I'm assuming the V1 series includes V14 etc.

It does. That series went from V-13 to V-18, with the last digit corresponding to the number of cast-iron sections.
