I want to replace the aquastat on my water tank with a smart version. I just want to know current temps, set temp, is calling, etc…
I currently have something like this: https://www.supplyhouse.com/Resideo-L4080B1352-High-Limit-Immersion-Aquastat-100-150-Degree-F-Range
I'd like to be able to poll the stat to be able to monitor the temps and runtime to add it to my current monitoring that I have for my home heating charts.
I have looked online and have seen a lot of different possibilities, but I don't need to to be too complicated and I want it to be reliable. I don't think I'll find something as reliable as the old style, but I don't want a cheap piece of junk.
