Picture for the nozzle attached to a box with moving pressure regulation parts

this regulator is stuck, even with max inlet pressure; no oil is flowing out of the return pipe

what is the name of this box and how to order it?

If you do not know how to work on this nozzle assembly, maybe you should call someone who is familiar with this arrangement. A bypass nozzle equipped burner can have a large oil input and mistakes usually happen quickly, say in 'the blink of an eye". I would not want that mistake to happen when I was doing the repair. An oil burner is not a thing to play or experiment with. I could tell you how to clean the nozzle to see if it is plugged but if you have the necessary experience you should already know how to clean it. BTW what is the name and model of the burner?

That may be a Riello burner

thank you all for the reply.. appreciate your concern.. this is just a burner, easy to handle without any risk, I need to replace the nozzles and the regulators.

Steamhead .. (no comment) !! the burners are used in a factory in LIBYA

just seeking advice from your experts

Ebebratt-ed Ya.. it is Riello RL130/M with control on the return pressure

any idea about this regulator part/order no. ?

    @Khaled

I am not sure it has been a long time since I worked on a Reillo Oil burner that size. If I recall correctly the nozzle adapter had 2 threaded caps on it with springs inside. The burner I was working on had a bad after drip. I called Reillo and they told me to take the threaded caps off and remove the springs and re install the caps. I wanted to talk to Ross Crompton but he had retired but the fellow I talked to told me what to do and it fixed the problem. They could not even tell me what the springs did.

I don't know if it helps your problem.

I talked with Riello in Toronto Canada

Not sure I have ever worked on a commercial Riello oil burner. However, we have worked on numerous oil burners with these BPS nozzles. Might not be what you have, but I suspect they work the same way. Might be a helpful reference.

    Thank you for the info.

    @ EBEBRATT-ED

I tried this solution before I write this question. and even removed the internal seized stem,, it did solve the issue partially but still there is misfiring during startups.. Replacements is really essential. The other thing is that the assembly contains rubber seals, lost the elasticity over time, not forgetting the operating temperature in that area of the burner.

    @ ScottSecor

Ya that is the nozzle with return .. and the assembly contains another return mechanism

different suppliers.. reply .. do not supply them anymore

Have you contacted Riello? There must be a download for the manual, with replacement parts listed.
