Line voltage to 24 volt thermostat

I have a Utica starfire 3 boiler and a riello f3 burner, 2 zones with 2 taco circulator pumps no zone valves.I have a separate hot water heater and only use the boiler 6 months a year so I would like to do a cold start, I could run it every few weeks in the summer if needed. Since my L4081b aquastat died after 25 years I decided to switch from line voltage thermostats to low voltage. I already installed a taco sr504-2 switch relay. The old aquastat did not have a tt connection. I will be running wire from the xx on the sr504 to the tt on the new aquastat. My question is with all the different aquastats out there what would be the best for my situation, was thinking of aL8148a. Thanks in advance.
