Riello 40 N200S Locks out despite all checks being posative

Greetings,

I was a licensed Burner Tech and took the Riello course 15 years ago.
This problem is with my personal Gas burner.
The burner goes through pre-purge, gets flame and locks out in 2-5 seconds.
Her are the tests, I made
#1. I have 5 mA going to ionization probe
#2. Checked pressure switch at positive 1.0
#3. I installed two gas gauges- The street is 9 and the valve opens at 4 once pre-purge is done.
I also jumped the pressure pump and it cycled as intended.
Since the parts are 15 years old, I did the following replacements
#1. New Electrode
#2. New Ionization Probe.
#3. New control box. (though, new I am suspicious because the seal on the box was broken and may be a defective device returned to the shelf.
Note: Parts are difficult to get, and I would rather do this in the summer then in the winter.
This is a head scratcher.

    I will check these,

I could recheck but it was never tampered with as far as neutral hot getting reversed. The grounding was never touched since installation. It could have worked itself free.

    Solved,

The new ionization rod had a crack in the insulation. So, I used a diamond nail file to clean the old one. Between this and the new electrode things seem to be on target.
The crack was revealed by the shuttering of the gage of out going NG.
