Baseboard cover
Good morning. I have a customer that has new fin tube baseboard installed,as part of a renovation. Standard stuff. Problem is, the front of the baseboard, is 6" from the wall. The joists, sill plate.. under that baseboard, prevent running the pipes differently. So looking for options for some sort of cover. Could always have something custom built, but homeowner is resisting that idea. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly welcome. Thanks

Something like this would be perfect, but at more than $100 a foot, would welcome other ideas.

Make sure the HD version of their covers, which gives you up to 6-1/4" depth.
(All the guides and resources are for their standard 3" depth covers, so don't get confused by them).0 -
Could make the baseboard a box that comes out far enough to use a standard cover.
or offset the pipes at the ends to bring the baseboard back to the wall then you just need to cover the pipes at the ends.
