We have Honeywell RM 7897 BMS controller on heater.we facing issue "lockout 35 inter fault" how we fix it

    You need the diagnostic module that Honeywell sells to be able to diagnose that control. A commercial/industrial boiler tech will have one. Just that module cost $$$
