Drainage:

Building Drain should exit to the left hand side of page.

The 3pc bathroom group and the kitchen sink and floor drain are to be separate wet vented groups.

The 2pc bathroom on the upper left hand side should be wet vented through a stack.

The remaining drainage can be attached as you see fit, provided no code violations occur. 

 

Venting:

Vents from the first floor will have a T.D.L. of 14m

Vents from the second floor will have a TDL of 10m

Vents from the third floor will have a TDL of 6m

 

Cleanouts:

All required cleanouts should be identified and the size noted

 

Use Proper Colour Code:

Drainage = Red

Wet Vent = Blue

Venting = Green

 

Distances:

You may assume any distances that you wish as long as they are noted on the drawing if applicable to code violations. 

 

Stacks:

You must use at least 2 stacks.
