I hope to obtain information and advice about the installation of a twin-boiler “parallel system” to supply residential hot-water and steam-heat in a six-story 90,000 sq ft/126 unit pre-war (1937) building in NYC.

Boiler # 1:  ~500,000 BTU  Boiler # 2:  ~750,000 BTU (skid-mounted boilers are pictured)

    Why a Scotch marine boiler?

Is your current steam system a one pipe steam system or 2 pipe system?

Please look here before you go any further and talk to the Burnham Boiler Company.

Their boilers are made in America

The Burnham steel boiler representative for New York State is Rick Constantino.
