Vitodens 100w Condensate dripping and leak
It looks like the condensate trap is dripping out the top. Plumbers put a hose clamp on there to try and stop this. It didn't work. What can I do to fix this? It seems like an easy fix. While looking at this I noticed water in another spot. Not sure where this is coming from. Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to me that there is a blockage in the condensate trap some where. I suppose there could be a crack at the top of that trap where the rubber is connected. There is very little pressure there so it should all flow to the pump or drain which is set below the boiler.
The other two pictures show the proof marks indicating that they were tightened at the factory. Or am I missing something?
