Rinnai EX38CT wall heater rattle

3-yr-old Rinnai heater started rattling about 2 wks ago. Rattle starts not long after burners turn on. Rattle seems to stop when burners stop firing. Blower motor keeps blowing and there's no rattle. I need a step-by-step on how to access the cause and repair or replace. Thanks.
