Well Maclain GV90+ flame flashing

Have a 6 year old natural gas system. Have tested sensors, limit, thermostat, and blower all are fine. It will sometimes fire right up and work well. Usually it will start coming up to temp, get to around 110 and flame light starts flashing and it cools back down. I hear a sound like water gurgling and there is moisture coming from the vent pipe. If I go outside and cover it with my hand the noise stops. The condensation line doesn't look plugged. It is to a small pump that pushes the water up to a drain. Should i disassemble the condensation line and blow it out to assure that's not causing a problem. If it was plugged wouldn't the press switch light also be flashing? Could the gas valve be intermittently failing?

Following up! The condensation tube was plugged up and needed to be cleaned. The pressure switch got wet and needed to be replaced. All set now.0
