Does anyone know where I can find these metal floor coverings for my drain cleanouts? I have a couple and they are all badly rusting out. 60 years old. I cannot find in home depot or amazon, and my local plumbing supply was out of them.

the size is 12x12

Does it have latches or hinges?
If not any metal shop could  cut some out. Many  online metal suppliers will custom cut also

Here is where I get metal. Luckily I have a location about 2o miles from me.
you could get a piece of aluminum and not worry about rusting

When you find out what they cost you might decided you are ok with just cleaning them up and painting them. I'd go cold galvanizing compound then paint or something like KBS Coatings or por-15.

Theres a floating floor, vinyl plank flooring installed above it and a hole developed partially because the support below was inadequate.

I found a nice 12x12 1/4" thick steel plate on Amazon that fit perfect. The extra thickness helped with the flooring issue (not level its a basement).. We placed the new plate over the old access plate. Im surprised Home Depot/Lowes doesnt carry these plates and outdoor grates, even my local plumbing supply house was out of stock
