Laars FT Combi Boiler Doesn't Need Flushing?

I have a 2-year old Laars FT Combi boiler. FTCF199N.
The installer said that it doesn't need to be flushed, ever.
The manual doesn't call for a flush on any period of time, but does include instructions for flushing.
I was wondering if there is some common opinion on on how often it should be flushed?

The potable water side will needs to be flushed with a vinegar solution on a regular basis. The fresh water condition will determine the frequency

The closed loop side not so much.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

On the potable side if the heat exchanger it comes down to how hard your water is, and how much water you flow through it

It could be a yearly requirement or maybe every 2-3 years. If your hot water capacity drops off, or less flow that indicates it us time to delime the heat exchanger

The boiler itself should be opened and cleaned every couple years, basically cleaning the fire tubes with a spray cleaner and checking burner calibration after reassembly

If the installer had that level of intelligence, I wonder what else he skimped on.
