Stuck 4-way

My hydronic system has a 1-1/4” 4-way valve that is stuck in place at the hottest setting (mix with return for floor heat). Any tips on how to loosen it up? Brand is Thermomix- seems to be discontinued Thanks!

It is old and may need to have some TLC. If you can take it apart and get to the actual moving part(s) and exercise them, you may be able to save the thing. If you can't, then you may need to purchase a modern replacement and adapt it to the system.
What does it look like? A picture would help. Close up and from at least 5 feet away so we can see where the connected pipes go to.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Here’s a closeup. Further back won’t help - it’s quite the mess. Top goes to circulator serving 3 floor zones. Right is boiler output via a circulator. Bottom is return to boiler. Left is return from 3 zones (not necessarily the floor zones, but might be-haven’t traced everything-have 6 zones total).
