Oil Furnace without fan for small shed

I have an oil Furnace running from a small shed piped over to a bigger shed (12*16) and it's just not feasable. Inefficient due to pulling cold air from outside and ducts to big shed, and it takes up enough room in the 6x10. Question I have is can I pull the blower off the furnace and basically just use the burner like a wood stove in my bigger shed? If I can use 4sq ft instead of 10 in the big shed that would be ideal

Your furnace was almost certainly designed for forced air circulation. You cannot safely run it without the blower.
Can you run a return duct between the sheds so you won't be heating cold outside air?—

Not sure of the type of shop you have , If you told me wood or auto shop , I would have concerns and steer you to electric space heaters , or if you told me your not in the industry .. Hope this helps...
