LG air to water heat pump

Looking for feedback on these units, anyone installed one yet? I am looking at the 3.5 ton KPHTC411M unit. They of course make a 4 ton and a 5. So any feedback on any one of the sizes helpful.

Looks awesome, is it available? 

One question would be what’s the head loss? Those are some high flow rates.

it is available rated pressure drop 32ft at 10 gpm . I am sincerely thinking of ordering one. A rep I like in Seattle handles LG so that gives a bit of confidence.
