CONTROL MODULE IGNITION 120V FOR CGA SERIES 1107-2 | WEIL MCLAIN

My boiler isn’t responding at all. I followed the ladder diagram in the troubleshooting section of the manual to where it had check for 120v at the circulator plug on the controller which I did not get a reading from. I’m just not super familiar and was wondering if there is anything else that would cause it to not respond. There is one green status light that stays on at all times.

    Hello @rvolcom75,
As @neilc said, "sounds like no call for heat". If the system has one, Zone valve controller issue ?

    Hello @rvolcom75,
I see two transformers, one under the boiler control board, probably is OK (control board has power). Assuming none of the zones work I would verify there is 24 VAC from the other transformer.

If you jumper the End Switch does the boiler fire up ?

    Hello @rvolcom75,
Typical circuit. Yours appears to not have zone 4 and 5 and the associated extra parts.

Just to be clear. I can make contact with a jumper between the two legs that you demonstrated above while the boiler is live still or should I shut it off at the panel and install a jumper and then restore power

    Hello @rvolcom75,
Either way, the 24 VAC should not hurt you. You can make the connection with an insulated wire or tool. But if you want to be on the safe side shut it all off and add the jumper then re-energize and see if the boiler starts up.
Is there 24 VAC at the transformer terminals pictured ?
