System 2000 Combustion Chamber

I have a used System 2000 set aside for installation this winter and discovered that a critter decided the combustion chamber would be good place for a nest. I did not mind except that the critter decided to scratch a hole through the bottom and lower back wall of the combustion chamber. I would like to buy a new chamber but have not been able to get a response from any of the nearby firms that the folks at Energy Kinetics refers me to. The rep for NH has they have them in stock in Bangor but I have to buy it through a servie contractor. Most of the local independents that have installed them in the past might service their old installs but most are getting out of new boiler work and the large regional chain that is grabbing the small guys does not rep them.
If I have to I would pay a tech for the service call to swap it even though its a pretty quick job. The rear wall insulation and the front wall including the ring around the burner is in good shape.
Any suggestions?

@peakbagger Energy Kinetics will sell parts to any trade professional, you only need to be a dealer to buy complete boilers for install. So if you have a local plumbing & heating or HVAC guy that you use, they can get the parts needed to repair your system. Also we would recommend that if you do install this unit yourself, have a professional commission it and set the burner up using a combustion analyzer and test that the system safeties are functioning properly.Joe Szwed

Thanks, living out in rural area there are no local HVAC firms, just small one man companies that dont return phone calls. I do have a person lined up for the install but even he is unable to get parts.0

@Roger may be able to help. Send @Roger a direct message with your installers address and phone number, and I'm sure they can work something out. You can click on the Roger's screen name from this post and when his profile appears, you can message him there

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Since the first two guys blew me off I need to find one that will call me back.
Thanks for the offer, I think I have to wait a couple of weeks until warm weather starts to make its way into the area and then maybe the dealers will be bit more accommodating. I do have a FW Webb location 40 miles away any chance I can get one through them.

Thank you, @peakbagger . We advocate on the behalf of our customers so that you find support if you or others have experience as you describe. We only sell direct to heating contractors; they do not need to be an Energy Kinetics dealer as long as they are a legitimate heating company (not a wholesaler). We sell and support in areas as remote as native villages in Alaska with only a few hundred inhabitants, so I'm sure we can figure out a way to support you as well.
