seeking contractor to maintain TT boiler system in Corvallis

I recently visited some friends in Corvallis, OR and got their backup heating system functioning properly again. it employs a Triangle Tube Prestige to heat DHW and do space heating when their heat pumps aren't sufficient in colder weather. a now-retired contractor had shut off the valving to the 2 space heat zones. I'm not sure why - there was a minor seepy leak at a balancing valve on one radiator - but didn't discover any major issues when I opened them back up. they don't know who to turn to after their previous heating contractor retired and hasn't responded to recent messages - I told them I'd ask here. nothing pressing (though dealing with the seepy balancing valve would be good) - periodic maintenance on the Prestige is probably the main thing. anyone interested or have a recommendation?? thanks!

I love Corvallis (OSU graduate) and would love to service their system, but I live too far away now.
I suggest contacting a local heating supply house for some references. You can also try contacting Triangle Tube or other manufacturers (Taco, Caleffi, IBC, etc.) to see if they can help.8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour
