Override Control of Radiant Heating Zone?

I have radiant heat in my swimming pool area that is controlled by a Dectron pool dehumidifier. My Dectron is down, awaiting a part, right now and the pool water is still being heated, but the radiant in floor heat is not on as the Dectron is not calling for it. The radiant heat installer is not returning my calls, probably super busy, and my Dectron guy doesn't know how it was set up.
Is there a way to override control of that zone and turn on the heat while I await the Dectron part? This is a picture of my radiant heat equipment. The two right tubes are the pool zone. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Do all those loops go into the pool room as a single zone? If so, why do you need all the actuators? Seem the control would just fire the circulator?
Removing the actuators will open the various branched, the other manifold has flow setters that you could limit the gpm until you get the fix.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

Thanks for the reply! Only two of them go to the pool room as a single zone.0
