Myson Whispa Kickspace Heaters

I just inherited service work at an HOA where every unit has at least two Myson Whispa convectors.

Many of them need service and from what I hear, Myson no longer sells parts for these older units. Are parts still available elsewhere?

    What part?
I've found generic blower assemblies like that online. I even found a 12 VDC version to use a heater in my camper!
The coil maybe an OEM specific, but you have plenty of room to change dimension if that is needed. Basic snap disc control.

But at some point, a new unit may be less labor and $$, they aren't all that expensive.

    Yes, new units are affordable.

On the new units, the water connections are on the left instead of the right and there are no isolation valves or unions there now, so we would have to shut down and drain the building and then refill and purge after repiping the replacement units.

As you can see, they used the connection box as a junction box for the wiring. All in all, it's a lot of work to replace rather than repair.
