I went to bleed a baseboard radiator that was not getting hot, and I get nothing to come out. No water or air. My pressure gauge reads 20psi. All three zones are hot coming out of the boiler. Please help

Make sure the pressure gauge is not reading incorrectly. I often find them getting stuck and not going to zero when I drain a boiler. If you are not getting air or water out then either you have inadequate water pressure or a closed radiator valve.0
