triangle tube boiler issue

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a Triangle Tube solo 110 boiler that has a delayed ignition occasionally. When the boiler starts the ignition cycle there sounds like a gas build up in the combustion chamber that gives out a puffing sound as it ignites. I have heard there was a issue with these boilers in the past. Anyone have suggestions/answers.

    Combustion test. Check gas pressures. Check for flue gas recirculation and blocked flue or air intake.
