No heat on first and second floor.

A New guy here. Hope you guys doing great.
Now there is no heat on my first and second floor, but basement is fine (new installation 3 years ago).
As I checked, my Taco pump for second floor has a little warm and outlet pipe is same warm. The pump for first floor almost cold but can feel a little bit warm. My hand can feel some move inside of those pumps. So those pumps are working?
The pump for basement is hot as usual.
Also the hot water from faucet becomes much hotter.
So I am wondering if the pumps are bad and need to be replaced.

Thanks for your help. and Sorry for my bad English.

What is the boiler water pressure? You need 12-15 PSI to heat a two story home.  I would drain the boiler, check the air pressure in the expansion tank. This should also be 12-15 PSI, pressurize the tank if it is low on pressure. Replace any automatic air vents. Refill the boiler and purge each zone individually. Make sure the boiler pressure remains around 15-25 PSI during purging. Once all the air is out of the zones leave the pressure at 12-15 PSI.

I just find that no voltage zone 2 and 3 on the taco SR503, but zone 1 has it. I am not sure this is problem.
