2 pipe vacuum system/ Tightness Test

Hey all I have been losing vacuum in a building since we have replaced a lot of steam traps throughout the building,
Does anyone know of companys who offer peppermint tightness test, in order to detect leaks?
Or does anyone know in detail how to perform it?

    Much depends on if you have a vacuum pump on this system, and if so, what brand and type.
