Have a 30k modine unit heater in the garage about 20 years old and working great except that the time delay relay is failing. Id like to just bypass it if possible and have the fan start up immediately when the unit fires. Is this possible to do? can someone explain which wires i need to connect or bypass to do this? thanks so much!

You will have to replace that sequencer with a rib relay RIBU1C. You can get one at supply house .com. If you need the fan running in the meantime jump the two black wire on top of the sequencer together. When you get the relay wire the white and black on the bottom of the sequencer to the rib relay coil. The wires you use on the rib relay will depend on the voltage you have which is either 24 volt or 120 voilt . the relay can do either voltage. The two black wires on the top of the sequencer will get wired to the yellow and orange wires on the rib relay0
