Easy way to add a TRV to this radiator?

Hello experts,
do you see an easy way to add a TRV to this radiator? I had an HVAC guy come and quote and he is asking for $. Seems a bit high and I might be able to do it myself, but havent really done much plumbing work. Draining the systems etc is fine.
Any tips what parts should be used for this job and where to get them?

One of the reason for higher quote was non - standard pipe size (as of today) and it is apparently hard to get fitting TRVs in North America. Hence, the maybe stupid question from my side.0
