Weil McLean Ultra Gas boiler

Hello, My Weil McLean Ultra 155 Gas boiler is not able to stay running. There are no faults, error codes or lockout messages. What is will do when I turn the electric back on, it cycles through the pre purge and past purge cycle then ignition > fire and flame shows in the display screen then shuts back off with the status reading RADFLOOR1
The Info screen reads Status: RADFLOOR1
Modulation bar is empty, Heat demand says None.
Thermostats are on and calling for heat.

    That screen is showing modulation.
    Press the arrow to the right to get temperatures, fan RPM, and flame signal.
    It seems the boiler and primary loop might be fine but there's an issue with the radiant zone. 
    Does the radiant zone circulator wire go to a zone panel or to the boiler?
