Experience with Munchkin Boiler PC Diagnostics?

I’m attempting to connect my munchkin boiler to my home automation system for monitoring. These boiler controls have a place to connect to a PC and munchkin provided software for it to run on a laptop at some point. It appears a company called SIT Controls makes these boards and probably the software. I’ve search far and wide and haven’t found any information on this software. I’m working on just trying to read the serial data for now.

Anyone use this software and if so is there anything you need to enable on the board to get it to talk to the laptop? As of now I’m not seeing anything…
