Viessmann combi boiler

Hello everyone
We have installed 3 viessman b1ke combi boilers in a 3 family home
All 3 boilers are located in the ground floor , we had them run for about 3 months without any issues and recently the one feeding the 2nd floor is making a banging noise and pressure bump when the pump starts so all the pieces shake and the one feeding the ground floor is making a whistle noise when the pump stops.
These boilers have the purging option which viessmann recommends as the only way to remove air.
I have run them in purge mode multiple times and still the same result.

Any ideas why all the sudden they are doing these noises?

Can you post pictures of your boilers from far enough back to see the near boiler piping. From floor to ceiling at least 4 different angles. High and low, left and right. This way we can see the pipes that are behind other pipes in the different pics.

Oftentimes the installer will interpret a diagram and install the piping differently than the diagram, not knowing that their adjustment or interpretation may cause a problem.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Sounds like one of the circulators has failed and it is flashing to steam in the boiler

Don't know about a purging option to remove air, Usually purging is to remove heat from the boiler after the burner shuts down.

According to viessmann thats the way to remove the air from the system.
It usually runs for 20-25 minutes and turns the pump on and off few times to push the air.

Viessmann's (with diverter valve) a tricky to purge in 'normal' conditions. However--I don't see system pumps, are you making the Viessmann pumps push the water for the zone heating? That could be a problem.
(PS is that a kitchen stack they drained into?

Looks like they are not pipped correctly per the manual. Viessman wants the heating side piped with a hydraulic separator (preferred) or with closely spaced tees for a primary / secondary pumping configuration. I don't see a secondary pump unless it's some place else or closely spaced tees. The spirovent should be on the supply pipe. The expansion tank is in the right place per Viessman.
The air elimination purge mode will be hard pressed to purge the whole system. I usually only use that maybe one time to help purge air from the boiler its self. If you look at the application guide Viessman website it shows piping methods.  Top pic is a B1HE
with indirect tank. Bottom one is a B1KE ( combi) we have done for ref.
