Why does my new water heater make a high pitched noise

    If you take a video of the unit making noise and upload it to YouTube , then attach the link to this thread, for example, the folks here can then view and listen to it.  Is it a domestic hot water heater or a home heating boiler?  Have you talked to the installer? Maybe you are the installer?  
    Slant Fin Galaxy GG100(1986) , 2 zone hot water baseboard, T87 Honeywell thermostats.

    Hi @cshue01 , can you give us a little more information about your heater? Is it gas or electric? Heat pump? Photos always help. The more we have to work with, the better we can help you.
