There seems to be a clicking in my zone valves when the boiler is finished with its cycle. Does anyone know what this is caused by or if it should be a concern?

What is the part number of your Taco zone valve? Heat motor or Zone Sentry? What type of t-stats are you using?
One of two things could be going on. If you are using a Nest or any power robbing t-stat, you might need a resistor across the two power terminals if Zone Sentry.
Secondly, the stem in the ZS valve might have broken and the actuator needs to be replaced. The ZS does come with a 3-year warranty from the manufacturers date code on the actuator back through place of purchase.
